Warning: Spoiler Alert!
When I wrote my first book, I made a terrible mistake. I killed off my best character, Wayne Johnson, better known as Streaker. Because I missed writing about him, I created a similar character for the Colt Jessup series. Jessup is Streaker’s half-brother. If you read the first book, you know Streaker inspired the title: Good Gone Bad. Once a formidable vice cop, Streaker turns bad when he keeps evidence from a drug bust for his own personal use. But that’s not all. He helps a man cover up a murder. By the end of the story, he has a change of heart and sacrifices his life to save another. He was a badass and so much fun to write. (Note: R-rated. This book contains profanity and sex scenes)
In my new project, Secrets in the Water, I get to reunite Streaker with his brother, and I’m thrilled. Colt is investigating a double homicide tied to an old case he investigated fifteen years ago. My plan is to switch between the present day and the past. I can’t wait to create scenes with the two brothers as they were back then, both resistant to rules and regulations and butting heads with superiors as they go about doing their own thing.
Watch for Secrets in the Water to come out in the summer of 2023 on Amazon (Note: This book is rated PG as all books in the Colt Jessup series).
A Colt Jessup novel, fiction writing, romantic suspense, suspense novel

Can’t wait to read it. I love Colt Jessup.
